What We Do
- You'll automatically be added to our full pool cleaning services and maintenance plan (see below)
- Test your pool water and apply the appropriate chemicals to keep your pool clean and safe
- Empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets
- Backwash your filter on a regular basis
- Clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag/filter)
- Clean your pool sweep wall screen
- Verify your automatic pool cleaner is operating properly
- Brush pool (walls/tile/steps)
- Check pool equipment
- Net your pool
- Vacuum your pool
- Keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae that may arise
- We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting on any observations of swimming pool issues that may require attention

- Maintain proper water level in your pool
- Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed
- Report any observations of swimming pool issues
Rates Vary
Monthly rates for pool cleaning services vary with the size of the pool, whether it has a spa, if there are trees and shrubs nearby and other features that might add to the cost of maintenance.

Water Chemical Maintenance and Checking Pool Chemicals
- Chlorine - maintain
- Chloramines - maintain
- Total Chlorine (includes Chloramines) - maintain
- pH (Potential Hydrogen) - maintain
- TA (Total Alkalinity) - maintain
- Calcium Hardness (Water Hardness) - check (this is a startup chemical)
- Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer / Conditioner) - check (this is a startup chemical)
- Temperature (For pH Factor Calculation) - check
- Saturation Index (Calcium Precipitation Point) - check
- Salt Content - maintained on saltwater pools
- Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) - check
Pool Equipment Checks
- Skimmer baskets checked and emptied
- Pump strainer baskets checked and emptied
- Filter backwashing monthly for DE Filters and weekly for Sand Filters
- Sweep debris bags checked and emptied
- Sweep finger screen / wall screen checked and cleaned
